繞線式水阻啟動(dòng)柜概述

ZDR系列液體電阻起動(dòng)器是為了進(jìn)一步改善大、中型繞線式異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)性能而研制成功的新一代起動(dòng)控制裝置，通過在被控電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子回路中串入液體電阻，隨電動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)時(shí)自動(dòng)投入并在預(yù)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)自動(dòng)、無級(jí)、連續(xù)切除，克服了頻敏變阻器、油浸變阻器、鑄鐵變阻器等老式起動(dòng)控制設(shè)備沖擊電流大（一般約為額定電流的3～5倍），起動(dòng)不理想等不足，使電機(jī)在理想的起動(dòng)電流條件下平穩(wěn)起動(dòng)，均勻升速，對(duì)保護(hù)電機(jī)、用電設(shè)備、電網(wǎng)及節(jié)能等方面有****。該設(shè)備在起動(dòng)、停止、故障保護(hù)、聯(lián)絡(luò)、報(bào)警、顯示等方面、精心設(shè)計(jì)，與其它老式起動(dòng)器相比較，具有自動(dòng)化程度高、起動(dòng)電流?。ㄒ话阈∮陬~定電流的1.3倍）、電氣及機(jī)械沖擊小、特別適宜于重載起動(dòng)等特點(diǎn)，電網(wǎng)電壓低亦能順利起動(dòng)，**了變壓器的容量，是目前球磨機(jī)、提升機(jī)、破碎機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵等重負(fù)載的*理想的起動(dòng)控制設(shè)備。

ZDR series liquid resistance starter is a new generation starting controller researched and developed to further improve starting performance of medium and large coil-winding asynchronous motor. By connecting a liquid resistance in rotor loop of motor controlled, which automatically runs upon starting of the motor, and disconnects automatically, steplessly and continuously as scheduled, the following deficiency was overcome: impulse current of obsolete starting controllers such as frequency sensitive rheostat, oil immersing rheostat and cast iron rheostat is strong, and starting process is not desirable. In this case, motor starts under ideal starting current and speed up evenly. The starting controller has significant advantages in protection of motors, electrical devices, power grid and conservation of energy. The controller’s design is elaborate in terms of starting, stopping, protecting against failure, communicating, alarming and displayer. In comparison with obsolete starters, it boast itself of such characteristics, as high level of automation, less starting current (usually being less than 1.3 times of rated current), less electrical and mechanical shock, and it is especially suitable for starting under heavy load. Even in the event that power grid voltage is low, it can start successfully. It reduces capacity of transformer. At present it is a most desirable starting controller for ball mill, hoister, crusher, compressor, fan and water pump under heavy load.

1、、性能遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于頻敏變阻器、油浸變阻器、鑄鐵電阻等起動(dòng)器。

It is superior to frequency sensitive rheostat, oil immersing rheostat and cast iron rheostat in terms of performance.

2、起動(dòng)電流小，小于電機(jī)額定電流的1.3倍。

Its starting current is less, which is less than 1.3 times of rated current of motors.

3、可連續(xù)起動(dòng)5次。

It can start for 5 times in succession.

4、平滑起動(dòng)：對(duì)設(shè)備無機(jī)械應(yīng)力沖擊，可延長(zhǎng)機(jī)械設(shè)備及電機(jī)的**。

Its starting process is smooth: It has no shock of mechanical stress on devices, thus life of machineries and motors are prolonged.

5、可低壓起動(dòng)：6千伏電機(jī)5.5千伏、380伏電機(jī)340伏可順利起動(dòng)。

It can start under low voltage. It can start successfully in 5.5 KV for motors of 6 KV and in 340 V for motors of 380 V.

6、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、可靠，全部操作自動(dòng)化，安裝、維護(hù)方便。

It is simple and reliable in structure. All operations are in automation. It is easy in installation and maintenance.
